What we offer
Exam entry
We have years of experience in exam preparation and entry through both ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall.
From absolute beginner to Initial Grade entry, then right through Grades 1 to 8 we have an extremely high pass rate. We make the experience as stress-free as possible by handling the admin of exam booking, providing in-house Aural test training and being present on exam day to help put our students at ease.
Piano accompaniment for violin exams
Looking to learn Violin and take exams?
Angela will tutor you through the Course, and when it comes to finding an experienced Pianist to accompany you on the day and rehearse with, look no further as Celine will provide this for you.
We work together to offer what has been described as a ‘dream team’ service by an ABRSM examiner! Giving our students the most convenient experience and boosting exam success.
Music theory tuition
For students who want to go down the Exam entry route, we both tutor Music Theory and enter students for exams up to Grade 5 level, which is what is required to progress in Practical exams beyond Grade 5.
Learn for fun!
We have a lot of experience with, and welcome students who wish to learn purely for fun.
Sometimes this involves younger students who have achieved graded exams and also adult learners who have either learned a little previously or maybe not all.
Whatever your musical background, it is never too late to learn! We aim to offer instrumental lessons that are fun, relaxed but also ensuring you have the technique and musical independence to help you become the musician you want to be.
